It blew my mind how the staff took care of us during the difficult time of COVID: while wearing masks in +30 C, the staff stayed positive, attentive to our needs, and quick to help with anything. They had the whole pool surprise us with congratulations and celebration with ALL the guest and staff at the pool! Alberto has welcomed us as though we are family. Had fun at the Diamond Pool! Everything is very clean, friendly, professional, and beautiful. Sergio served us dinner and Arabic coffee on a different occasion - he had great manners and was also very attentive to our needs.
